Manual lymphatic drainage is a specialised massage techniqure that helps stimulate the lymphatic system and encourage the flow of lymph fluid which should reduce swelling. MLD involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels.

Ear candling has been popular worldwide for many years, with widespread use in many native culture from Asia to America. The Hopi Indians of North America give the candles could draw negative energies from the body, and today the candles are a popular relaxation treatment. Hopi ear candles can also be used

as a cold/flu treatment - helping to clear sinuses, avoid sinusitis and prevent

the build-up of catarrh and excess ear wax.
          

 How do they work?
- the hollow candle is placed in the client's ear and lit from to opposite end.
- this creates gentle suction which draws out impurities
- the burning lasts for around 10 minutes, after which the ear is cleaned.
- the process is then repeated on the other ear
The ear treatment is then followed by a neck, face or scalp massage

 focusing on sius to help balance air pressure, release blockage and pain.
